MEMBERSHIP

At Tribute Strength you will find a group of coaches dedicated to each member’s well-being, safety and fitness. In the world that is CrossFit you hear the word “community” thrown around so often that it becomes somewhat of a cliché as a result. However, the fact remains that community is what drives success and community is what we all strive to be a part of. Genuine and selfless people that see the value in being hard-working and humble all at the same time.

The not-so-fine print:  We keep our memberships simple.  No down-payment.  No crazy long term commitment. All we ask is if you require a change to your membership, you submit the change in writing via email at least 14-days prior to your next billing cycle (in most cases, 1st of the month).  All payments processed are final and non-refundable.


Monthly Unlimited Membership: $175
Access to all classes, TSweat classes, and Open Gym.  Month-to-month, no contract. Doesn't get any simpler than that. 10% Discount Rate (valid only on Monthly Unlimited Membership): Military, First Responders (Police, Fire, EMT), Students & Same Household (family member #2...) 


TStrong Lifting Membership: 

$180 Members, 10-Week Session | $225 Non-Members, 10-Week Session | $25 Drop In

TStrong Lifting classes are led by Jon Mickulik, DPT.  As a Physical Therapist and Power Lifter, Jon brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from both realms and together can undoubtedly help us all better understand the body's anatomy for the 3 main powerlifting movements: deadlift, bench press, and squat.  Jon's ability to break down technique, provide tips, and teach accessory exercises will not only improve these 3 power lifts, but carryover into all Olympic lifts and CrossFit movements.

Class Pass 10 Pack: $180

Save on daily drop-in rate for CrossFit and Open Gym classes by purchasing 10 at a time. CrossFit Class Passes expire 8 weeks from date of purchase.  Only valid on regular CrossFit or Open Gym classes. Non-transferable.  For those new to CrossFit, first two passes must be used towards Elements training class before joining general classes.  No other discounts apply.


TSweat Monthly Membership: $120 | Drop In $20

45-minute classes aimed at getting your heart pumping, mixing body weight and light weight movements. Simple yet effective.
