At Tribute Strength you will find a group of coaches dedicated to each member’s well-being, safety and fitness. The not-so-fine print: We keep our memberships simple. No down-payment. No crazy long term commitment. All we ask is if you require a change to your membership, you submit the change in writing via email at least 14-days prior to your next billing cycle (in most cases, 1st of the month). All payments processed are final and non-refundable.

TStrong Lifting classes are led by Jon Mickulik, DPT. As a Physical Therapist and Power Lifter, Jon brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from both realms and together can undoubtedly help us all better understand the body's anatomy for the 3 main powerlifting movements: deadlift, bench press, and squat. Jon's ability to break down technique, provide tips, and teach accessory exercises will not only improve these 3 power lifts, but carryover into all Olympic lifts and CrossFit movements.

Save on daily drop-in rate for CrossFit and Open Gym classes by purchasing 10 at a time. CrossFit Class Passes expire 8 weeks from date of purchase. Only valid on regular CrossFit or Open Gym classes. Non-transferable. For those new to CrossFit, first two passes must be used towards Elements training class before joining general classes. No other discounts apply.
